As in the past three years, Sesotec is once again one of the “Top employers in the SME sector” in 2025. The prestigious award is presented annually by the job portal Yourfirm.de and recognizes the most attractive employers in the SME sector.
The choice is based on the access and reading behavior of job seekers on Yourfirm.de. In the evaluation period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, the 1,000 most popular employers were determined from more than 10,000 medium-sized companies - and Sesotec is one of them. “We are proud to be one of the best employers in the SME sector. This award shows that our commitment to an attractive working environment and sustainable career opportunities is appreciated. Our #NextLevelCareer program, with extensive initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining talent and promoting development opportunities for our employees, is bearing fruit,” says Max Keilhofer, Team Leader Human Resources at Sesotec.
Studies show that around 76% of job applicants consciously or unconsciously take awards into account when choosing an employer. Sesotec has seen a noticeable increase in the number of applicants. “Only with the right talents on board can we strengthen our innovative power and provide our customers worldwide with first-class solutions. Quickly finding the right people for open and new positions is a key success factor for us to continue our growth trajectory in the future,” explains Sesotec CEO Joachim Schulz, highlighting the strategic importance of the award.
With the “Top Employer in SMEs 2025” award, Sesotec underlines its position as an attractive employer and remains a sought-after company for qualified specialists. The selection of your country allows us to offer the optimal content for you.
