Sesotec at IFFA 2025: On a new level
Sesotec, one of the world's leading developers and manufacturers of devices and systems for foreign object detection and material sorting, will be presenting a whole range of innovations for greater efficiency and safety for the meat processing industry at IFFA in Frankfurt from May 3 to 8, 2025. Visitors to stand C18 in hall 12.0 will be able to see the technologies for quality assurance and process control in the food industry for themselves. Various applications relating to the detection of foreign objects ensure a holistic view of production lines (“along the line”) in order to guarantee compliance with guidelines, profitability and resource conservation.

- INTUITY metal detection coil - Thanks to THiNK, the integrated artificial intelligence, INTUITY has improved detection performance for products with a high product effect. False alarms are reduced, making metal detection in conveyor belt applications even more precise and efficient.
- LIQUISCAN metal separator - Specially developed for liquid and pasty foods. Integrated upstream of vacuum fillers, pumps, clipper systems and sausage meat filling systems, LIQUISCAN precisely and reliably detects and removes metallic foreign bodies.
- VARICON+ metal detection system - Flexible conveyor belt system with highly sensitive metal detection, ideal for end-of-line inspection.
- RAYCON X-ray inspection systems - high-precision foreign body detection in food, for the first time at IFFA 2025 in a new AI-supported version for even more accurate detection of even the smallest contaminants.
- Compliance Package - Comprehensive software and documentation solutions to support compliance with global food safety standards (e.g. IFS, BRC, HACCP), including automated audit trails.
- User-oriented user interface Insight.HMI - Intuitive, modern user interface for simple and efficient machine control, reduces training requirements and optimizes operator guidance.
