Sesotec honors 28 employees for their many years of loyalty
A special highlight for Sesotec at the end of 2024 was honoring 28 employees who have made a significant contribution to the company's success with 10 to 35 years of service. The management thanked them for their loyalty and tireless commitment with emotional words and individual certificates. “Without the support and commitment of our employees, our success would not be possible,” emphasized Sesotec CFO Niklas Burkart in his speech.
Particular attention was paid to those celebrating 30 and 35 years with the company. They were presented with a gold pin as a token of appreciation for their many years of loyalty and expertise. “It is important to us to pay due tribute to these many years of loyalty and immense experience,” explained Burkart.
Many of the honorees have been with Sesotec since their apprenticeship and have made a decisive contribution to the development and growth of the company over the past decades. Their stories are inspiring examples of consistency and commitment in a constantly changing world of work.
The tribute took place in a special setting: Employees, long-serving employees and management came together in the newly built production hall at Innovationsring 1 to look back on a successful year. The choice of location was not only practical, but symbolic: the ultra-modern production hall of the #NextLevelFactory, which was only recently completed, provided the perfect setting for the celebration.
Proud of what has been achieved so far and full of energy for the future, the company is embarking on another exciting chapter in its history.
