In this episode of the series "We are Sesotec - Success Stories," we are excited to introduce two inspiring young leaders: Franziska Mandl and Eva-Maria Eberl. With passion and dedication, they lead the Customer Competence Center, demonstrating how professional success and personal growth go hand in hand at Sesotec.
Franziska Mandl and Eva-Maria Eberl manage a team of 22 employees. These two power women are known not only for their professional expertise but also for their ability to tackle challenges with an open mind and unwavering commitment.
Eva joined Sesotec in 2016 and assumed a leadership role as early as 2020. She recalls, “I was supported right from the start, which made the transition to a leadership position significantly easier.” Franzi joined Sesotec in 2018 after completing her business management degree and stepped into a leadership role in 2021. “The positive work environment and opportunities for growth motivated me from the very beginning,” she shares.
Their responsibilities range from customer support and technical clarifications to independent client management. At trade shows and in both internal and external discussions, Franzi and Eva are key points of contact. Their team serves as an indispensable link between customers, production, and shipping.
For their roles, Franzi and Eva completed internal leadership training programs and pursued additional qualifications as business and life coaches. “These training programs have been incredibly valuable, not just professionally but also personally,” says Franzi. Regular exchanges with colleagues and support from supervisors have further enriched their development at Sesotec.
Time management remains one of their greatest challenges. “Setting the right priorities and delegating tasks is essential, especially in stressful times,” Eva emphasizes. However, the strong team spirit and the trust of their colleagues help them stay on track.
In their free time, both enjoy the beauty of Bavaria’s nature. While Eva recharges on her bike, Franzi finds balance at the gym. They both appreciate the high quality of life in the region and the harmony between nature and urban living.
Sesotec’s open corporate culture is a key factor in their success. With benefits like free fitness classes, employee discounts, and a general reduction in working hours, they feel truly valued. For both, the company’s commitment to equality sends a powerful message: “Here, performance and personality matter—not gender,” says Eva.
The stories of Franzi and Eva highlight how Sesotec fosters growth and provides opportunities for young leaders through targeted support and a nurturing culture. With their enthusiasm, they not only contribute significantly to Sesotec’s success but also inspire others.
