A new level of service - ticket function in the Sesotec app

Further step in commitment to maximum customer satisfaction



Short downtimes, safe production facilities and long-term investment and planning security are crucial aspects for any manufacturing company. Sesotec, a leading mechanical engineering company in the fields of foreign object detection and material sorting, understands the importance of these factors and does everything in its power to ensure them through comprehensive services.  

To speed up the path to support, Sesotec has introduced a ticket function in the Sesotec app. With the ticket function in the Sesotec app, requests for maintenance appointments, service calls, repairs or manufacturer validations can be submitted quickly and easily.

Quick and easy handling

The app is very easy to use. Users follow the wrench symbol and company data stored in the profile, such as company name, description, zip code and city, is automatically transferred to the service ticket. With just a few clicks, all relevant information is added and the entire handling process is documented.

Useful additional features for efficient processing

The user scans a barcode sticker attached to each Sesotec device with the camera of their tablet or smartphone. This gives Sesotec service technicians the most important device information at their fingertips. This significantly shortens the processing time and ensures that problems are solved quickly.

In addition to a detailed description, additional information such as photos, videos or ZIP files can also be uploaded for better illustration. This enables precise and effective communication.
