Our magnet systems for free-fall applications can be quickly and easily integrated into all productions lines for powdered and granular bulk goods. Regardless of whether you manufacture plastics, food, medicines or other products, pipe magnets help you to reliably protect consumers and machines against magnetic contaminants.

  • A low installation height and various connection options, such as a Jacob connection or flat flange, enable smooth integration into existing piping.
  • The powerful magnetic performance of up to 1,370 mT (13,700 gauss) and the efficient design of our magnet systems guarantee the rigorous removal of fine and very fine ferrous metal contaminants and even weakly magnetized stainless steel particles.
  • Magnetic rods positioned in a staggered arrangement one above the other facilitate a maximum degree of separation and removal.
  • EASY CLEAN technology with removable magnet cores ensures extremely easy handling and cleaning, as well as minimal maintenance effort.
  • The sturdy stainless steel design provides a high level of resistance to corrosion and wear.
  • Upon request, our magnet systems can be provided in FDA-compliant versions, making them suitable for the production of food and medicines for the US market.

Special designs

  • We also offer samarium-cobalt magnets for high-temperature applications.
  • Pharmaceutical industry versions with an improved surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.6μ) are available.
  • Our magnet systems are optionally available in ATEX-compliant versions up to zone 20.
